We welcome you in all of INCUBA’s reception areas, where we help you and your customers with day-to-day practicalities. We greet your guests with a smile and direct them to the meeting room, or your office or simply inform you that your guests have arrived. You can always turn to us for answers to your questions or if you need assistance on a daily basis – we’ll help you find the right solution. You can always count on us – every working day of the year.

At INCUBA, you can book our state-of-the-art and well-appointed meeting rooms in a variety of sizes in great locations. If you need a meeting room for an intimate business meeting, an inspiring space for creative workshops or just the right space for productive team days, we have the room. Whether it's on top of INCUBA Navitas overlooking the bay and city rooftops or surrounded by open roof terraces with access to green spaces at INCUBA Katrinebjerg - the choice is yours.

Most of the meeting rooms are equipped with screens, whiteboards or LCD projectors and you can of course order catering for your meeting.

Free parking right at the door

Park right at the door when you’re part of INCUBA. You and your car can get to work easily and conveniently in all three hubs with free parking in our dedicated car parks – right at the entrance. INCUBA’s car parks are easily accessible, conveniently located and free of charge.

Post and parcels

Need to send a letter or parcel but don’t have time to go to the post office? Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it for you. You can receive and send both mail and parcels from INCUBA’s reception. When you receive parcels or letters, they are handed in at INCUBA’s reception, which will sign for the parcel and notify you directly by email. You can also send parcels via INCUBA. Simply drop them off in the designated boxes, which you will find in the mail room at INCUBA’s receptions.
