Join the next cohort of the INCUBA Next Level Founder Hub
INCUBA is now accepting applications for the next intake of the INCUBA Next Level Founder Hub, a 12-month program for startups with early traction and ambitions to scale.
The Founder Hub is for teams that have proven their idea and are now facing the next phase: Growth, structure, and fundraising. Here, startups become part of a professional environment with other founders, investors, and experienced advisors with a clear goal of becoming investor-ready and taking the next step.
After the application deadline, the most promising startups will be selected to pitch and undergo a fit assessment before a panel consisting of investors and experienced professionals from the ecosystem.
Selected startups will begin the Founder Hub program on August 1, 2026.
Founder Hub is structured around a structured program where you continuously work on your business, your team, and your capital strategy.
The program includes, among other things:
• Ongoing mentoring with the INCUBA team
• Milestone-based development toward investor readiness
• Pitch training and investor introductions
• Close monitoring of progress and focus
You’ll work purposefully to strengthen your product, traction, and your position with investors.
Criteria for admission to INCUBA Next Level Founder Hub
INCUBA Next Level is aimed at ambitious tech startups that are in their first stages of growth and ready to build, scale, and execute within an active founder community.
Team
We are looking for teams with ideally two or more founders who bring complementary skills, deep domain knowledge, and preferably experience from previous startups. We expect founding teams that can build fast and execute from day one.
Market potential
Your product or solution should target a large, scalable market and address a clearly defined pain point for a broad audience. It should have the potential to grow into a significant business – both nationally and internationally.
Innovation level
We admit founders who are working on technologies or products with clear novelty and preferably potential for IP protection. Consulting and advisory businesses fall outside the target group.
Stage
You are early – but not at the idea stage. A proof of concept should be established, preferably supported by early market validation. Annual revenue should be below DKK 500,000 – with ambitions significantly higher.
Across all applicants, we look for founders who want to be part of an ambitious community where experiences are shared, networks are expanded, and direct access to investors, mentors, and advisors is part of everyday life.
Strong deal flow at INCUBA
Access to capital is crucial for most startups. That’s why the Investor Hub is located right next to the Founder Hub, where firms such as Delphinus Venture Capital, EIFO, and a number of business angels are regularly present.
INCUBA has a broad investor network, ranging from business angels and VC funds to family offices.
In this video, Katrine Riisberg from Delphinus Venture Capital shares why they chose to be part of INCUBA Next Level and the value of being close to founders, deal flow, and the daily environment at INCUBA.
Mentoring from someone who’s been there before
As a startup in Founder Hub, you’ll be matched with an experienced founder from the Founder Friends network.
This gives you:
Mentoring from someone who has built and scaled a business themselves
Honest feedback on strategy, product, and priorities
Access to insights from the entire journey from start to exit
Founder Friends are a central part of the community and help ensure that you’re not alone in your decisions.
Access to specialized consulting
You’ll gain access to a network of experienced advisors with expertise in areas such as:
Go-to-market and scaling
Fundraising and investor relations
Organization and team building
Technology and product development
The consultation is tailored to your company’s current challenges and next steps.

A community makes all the difference as a solo founder
“As a solo founder, it’s important to have a place where you can come in and say good morning. The house is full of people, investors and companies who have been through the whole journey – and that makes a difference. It's about creating a culture where we don't just sit with our noses buried in our computers, but use each other's networks and talk to each other."
‘Being self-employed can be a lonely business, but at INCUBA I find a community, sparring partners and knowledge that make the journey both smoother and more enjoyable.’

It is important to be surrounded by like-minded founders
'It means a lot to have someone to bounce ideas off – to be able to get something back, but also to pass something on to others. It’s important for me to be part of an environment and be surrounded by like-minded founders.'
- Emil Zanchetta Ulsig, CEO and founder of QVersion
