Official opening of INCUBA Next

On Thursday 21 November 2024, we celebrate the long-awaited opening of INCUBA Next at INCUBA Katrinebjerg.

Join us to celebrate the opening of the new building and community at INCUBA Katrinebjerg, where the first companies have already moved in. We will have a cosy afternoon in a festive atmosphere.

Practical Information


📍 Address: INCUBA Katrinebjerg, Åbogade 13, Aarhus N. Entrance via the front plaza (revolving door).
📅 Date: Thursday, November 21, 2024.
⏰ Time: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM.


Upon Arrival

  • Please use the entrance via the front plaza and check in at the registration desk to collect your name badge.
    All attendees MUST check in to receive a name badge, which provides access to food and music.
  • Important: Entry without a name badge will not be permitted, and you will be asked to leave the premises.


Wardrobe

An unattended cloakroom is available in the basement atrium. Items are left at your own risk, so we advise against leaving valuables.


Parking

For convenient parking near INCUBA, we recommend using Storcenter Nord.


Security and assistance

Security staff will be present to guide guests to the correct entrance and verify attendance.


Video & photos

The event will be filmed and photographed. Video and photos may be used on INCUBA’s website and other channels.

3:00 PM: Arrival & registration.
3:30 PM: Official opening with speeches:

  • Peter Kjær, Chairman of the Board, INCUBA.
  • Brian Bech Nielsen, Rector, Aarhus University.
  • Peter F. Frandsen, CTO & Co-founder, Partisia.
  • Jacob Doktor Mogensen, CEO, INCUBA.

4:15 PM: Tours, dining, and socializing throughout the building.
5:30 PM: Concert by a well-known band.
6:15 PM: Social time with fellow guests.
9:00 PM: Thank you for today
