INCUBA Next has opened

INCUBA Next, as the expansion of INCUBA's existing science park in Katrinebjerg is called, will increase INCUBA's total number of square metres from 13,500 to 35,500 and add an additional 1,200 office spaces to INCUBA. INCUBA Next is built according to the recognised DGNB Gold standard and, in addition, the choice of materials prioritises quality solutions beyond the usual for similar buildings.

The new INCUBA Next extension has been built with a sharp focus on quality and adds 1,200 new workplaces to INCUBA, targeting growth-oriented technology companies, which will also have access to a number of attractive shared facilities in the form of a roof terrace, lounge areas, bistro, deli and conference rooms.

Welcome to Partisia as the first company in INCUBA Next

In the summer of 2022, about two years before the extension is scheduled to be completed, the first company already signed up for a domicile in INCUBA Next. And what a first company!

We’re very much looking forwards to welcoming Partisia. Or to be more precise: we’re looking forwards to welcoming the company back, as Partisia is already and has been located in INCUBA Katrinebjerg since 2018.
