H2O Shift raises new capital and accelerates towards international scaling
H2O Shift has been part of INCUBA since March 2025, when the company joined the INCUBA StartupLab accelerator program. Here, the team has worked strategically to strengthen its business model, organization, and commercial direction in preparation for the next phase of growth.
“We have documented the effect in the market and identified a model that customers see great value in. Now it is about scaling. With the new capital and a very strong strategic investor team, we can significantly accelerate our growth journey,” says Jeppe Juul Sørensen, CEO of H2O Shift.

From validation to growth
With more than 4,000 installations, H2O Shift has gained solid market experience and documented impact across segments. Today, the solution is used by utilities, hotels, restaurants, and industrial companies seeking more sustainable and cost effective alternatives to traditional methods.
Since the current ownership group took over just over a year ago, the company has been restructured and relaunched under the name H2O Shift. The business model and governance have been consolidated with a view to international growth, and the organization is now being further strengthened within commercial development and operations.
The new investor and ownership group includes experienced profiles from international industry, asset management, and technology development, collectively supporting the company’s European and global expansion.
At INCUBA, the investment is seen as a clear signal that the company has identified a relevant and scalable market opportunity.
“H2O Shift has worked in a focused way with both strategic direction and execution in StartupLab. It is strong to see how they are now attracting experienced investors and taking the next step in their international growth journey,” says Jacob Doktor Mogensen, CEO of INCUBA.
The water treatment market is experiencing structural growth, driven by increasing regulatory requirements and a rising focus on sustainability. With new capital and a strengthened organization, H2O Shift is now entering a phase with full focus on scaling and international presence.
