Experienced scaleups also use INCUBA actively. Arosii shows the way
Arosii A/S is one of them. With 25 years behind them and a strong position in the market, the company is a great example of how experienced scaleups also make active use of INCUBA’s environment and opportunities. In December, Arosii participated in a Springboard hosted by Connect Denmark, a format we are proud to welcome into INCUBA because it creates real value for companies at all stages.
Springboard: A space for sharp questions and clear answers
Connect Denmark brings together panels of experienced business professionals who help companies clarify their biggest strategic challenges. Here, participants meet people who understand their reality, can challenge their thinking, and point them toward new ways forward. For many, a Springboard becomes a turning point where ideas sharpen and the confidence to take the next step grows.
For Arosii, the panel focused on three key areas: growth potential, positioning, and go-to-market. A timely discussion, as the company is in the midst of several defining developments.

Connect Denmark summarized the session like this:
“Rarely do you meet a team where integrity, quality, and deep expertise go so clearly hand in hand. Arosii is in a strong position. After selling an associated company, the core business is stable, a leadership transition is on the way, and the ambition is to double the organisation towards 2030. The foundation is solid and now it is about sharpening the commercial direction,” says Tina Skiffard from Connect Denmark.
Arosii also highlights the value of the session:
“Even though we are a 25-year-old company in a strong position, it was an exciting discussion about the strategy and organisation of Arosii A/S toward 2030. Thank you for that,” concludes Claus Leth Gregersen, Partner at Arosii.
Thank you for strong insights and for using the house actively
A big thank you to Arosii, the panel, and Connect Denmark for an insightful session and for bringing strong experience and perspective into INCUBA.
“Springboards like this are a clear example of how our community grows when companies young and experienced make use of one another’s competencies and the opportunities under our roof,” concludes Jacob Doktor Mogensen, CEO of INCUBA.
