Databricks: A global tech company in INCUBA

Databricks, a leading global tech company based in the US, has found its foothold in Aarhus in INCUBA. The company, which specialises in data intelligence platforms, has chosen the science park as their Danish hub due to the unique environment and access to resources.

‘The flexibility, access to students, access to other companies that are in Aarhus, has been one of the main reasons why we located our office here,’ explains Gustav Wibling, Director of Engineering at Databricks. Gustav has previously worked at Uber, Google and VMware, all companies that have also had development departments in INCUBA over the years.

Databricks' platform allows companies to gain insights from their data in a natural way using artificial intelligence. With a presence in over 12 countries, more than 8,000 employees and an impressive client list including big names like Mercedes, La Liga and Walgreens, Databricks is a driving force behind digital transformation globally.
