Betterhands streamline the recruitment of blue-collar talents with digital marketing and e-commerce techniques

Many companies struggle to find the right employees and face challenges in reaching their ideal target audience. Betterhands is committed to tackling this challenge with a recruitment approach that combines marketing principles and techniques.

At the end of 2024, Betterhands moved into its new office as part of INCUBA StartupLab with one clear goal. With an innovative approach to recruitment, they help manufacturing companies attract the most skilled specialists for blue-collar work, including welders, fitters, mechanics, electricians, service technicians, and many more. The company does this by using digital marketing and e-commerce techniques to design targeted recruitment campaigns, which are advertised online on various social media platforms. The digital advertising aims to attract the right profiles – including those who typically do not see job advertisements online.

Betterhands has quickly established itself as a significant player in the industry. It has already completed over 100 recruitment campaigns for more than 40 clients, achieving an impressive result which indicates that around 80% of the clients end up hiring one of the candidates presented found through the advertising. With this strong achievement, Betterhands has successfully reached its sales target for 2024.

Jonas Hansen, partner at Betterhands, states that following its successful result in 2024, Betterhands will place an even greater focus on sales moving forward. In order to help even more companies find the right employees, it has recently expanded its sales team and is planning further growth before the summer of 2025.

Therefore, Betterhands is very pleased to have become part of INCUBA StartupLab, where it takes advantage of INCUBA’s optimal framework for growth. Jonas explains:

“As part of INCUBA StartupLab, we have been given the optimal conditions to start our business. A beautifully furnished office, meeting facilities, a lunch scheme, and even training facilities for employees – all the things you would normally have to spend extra time setting up.”

The people behind Betterhands greatly appreciate being part of a community where collaboration and networking with other startups are at the core. However, for them, the most essential thing is that all the necessary facilities are easily accessible, allowing them to keep their full focus on developing and growing their business.
