Mai Louise Agerskov leaves as INCUBA's CEO after nine years

After nine years of inspiring leadership and outstanding commitment, INCUBA said goodbye to CEO Mai Louise Agerskov on the 18th of September 2024. At a touching farewell reception, her great contribution to INCUBA's growth and development was honoured by colleagues, board members, customers, partners and friends of the company.

The series of speeches included contributions from Chairman of the Board Peter Kjær, Lone Ryg Olsen from Aarhus University, Jacob Mogensen and Claus Svane from INCUBA, who all emphasised the great influence Mai Louise has had on INCUBA over the years. Her leadership has created a solid foundation that has equipped INCUBA for future challenges as one of Denmark's leading science parks and business environments.

In her farewell speech, Mai Louise expressed her pride in the team that has been part of the journey: ‘INCUBA is not a big organisation in itself, but you leave a big mark,’ she said and thanked for the strong collaboration.

With gratitude, we look back on nine years of passion and vision, and we wish Mai Louise all the best in her future challenges.
