Aarhusian Whistleblower Software targets companies from all over Europe

The tech company Whistleblower Software, which is behind a whistleblower solution targeted at Danish and international companies, will enter the European market with their base at INCUBA's StartupLab.

With the name Whistleblower Software, most people probably already have a sense of what the Aarhus-based tech company does. Whistleblower Software, which is based in INCUBA's StartupLab, has created a digital platform targeted at companies that must implement a whistleblower scheme.

"Within the next two years, it will be a platform that many companies will present to their employees, and which will form a central part of the companies. That is why we are currently standing at the foot of a mountain which is really big, and we are therefore also going to grow a lot", says CEO Jakob Lilholm, who is one of the company's three founders.

Whistleblower Software was founded in 2021, and the company moved into INCUBA's StartupLab in Aarhus shortly after its establishment. In addition to office facilities in a well-established community with a number of early-stage startups and scaleups, Whistleblower Software has also had the opportunity to gain experience and sparring through INCUBA's accelerator program, where startups primarily within the IT/tech, health and cleantech verticals get access to the latest knowledge, the right collaborations and the most important contacts.

"It has been very important to us that we have not been left to our own devices. There are two elements that have been overriding for our establishment in StartupLab: One is the full-service package that we get with all the administrative and operational tools, where everything from coffee to cleaning is included, so we don't have to deal with that. In addition, flexibility is extremely important. We were three men to start with, sitting in a small office, and now we are 18. The scaling up process has just been extremely smooth, where in many other places it would not be possible", says Jakob Lilholm.

Whistleblower Software expects to have around 30 employees by the end of 2022.
