After-hours yoga – a peaceful moment of movement, balance, and presence at the workplace.

Join us for after-work yoga - an hour dedicated to calming the body and restoring balance to the nervous system after a long day.

The session is guided by Sandra Valencia, founder of the holistic universe Hava Balance, and is open to everyone – even if you’ve never tried yoga before.

The pace is gentle, and you’ll be carefully guided from beginning to end.

The practice includes soft, strengthening, and releasing movements that help deepen your breath and carry a sense of calm with you afterwards.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you forget your mat or you don't have one - then INCUBA will provide one.
