This is also the driving force behind our dedicated team of mentors who offer sparring, advice and an extensive network to startups at INCUBA.
A typical mentorship runs for one year and involves at least four meetings and ongoing dialogue. Both parties commit to contributing with commitment and dedication. The mentor team is a voluntary scheme facilitated by INCUBA.
We conduct a thorough screening of both mentors and startups to ensure the best matches and facilitate the initial process.
As a mentor, you will also be invited to professional and social events at INCUBA, including our popular pitch event ‘Gin and Tech’.
To become a mentor at INCUBA, you must fulfil at least one of the following criteria:
- Have a successful business career in an established profession
- Be a serial entrepreneur with experience in startup operations and maybe also exits
- Be an experienced business angel
