SignUp Academy: Experts in subscription solutions for B2B, B2C, and B2G
With its expertise in subscription business models, SignUp Academy has achieved significant results and a strong impact, especially among B2B companies, which today make up 60 % of its clients. Its customer base is broad and includes everything from trade unions and insurance companies to SaaS businesses and many other industries. Since the company was founded in 2017, the startup has built an impressive client portfolio that includes the fast-food chain Sunset Boulevard, the app Skatteguiden, and the traffic alarm company Saphe.
“Since 2017, we have helped over 500 companies build subscription businesses with measurable results”, says Silas From Christensen, CEO of SignUp Academy, and adds:
“We provide hands-on support to companies in building their subscription business or scaling the one the already have.”

Growing with subscription experts
Over the past six months, SignUp Academy has been on a remarkable growth journey. From just two people, they have expanded to a team of 12, comprising handpicked specialists, primarily from Denmark and one subscription advisor based in the U.S. Building on the strong foundation the startup has already established, SignUp Academy is now looking ahead to the next phase, where even more skilled specialists will join the team and help raise the level of ambition further.
Flexibility and room to grow
When growing quickly, flexibility and practical support are crucial, and that is exactly what SignUp Academy found at INCUBA. This is what Silas From Christensen shares:
“Things are well-organised. I have previously run companies where we have to handle everything ourselves in a leased space. Today, I appreciate that I can take the elevator up to the 6th floor every morning, where there is a reception, shared printer, cleanliness, a coffee machine that always works, a canteen, and many of the things you would otherwise have to manage on your own.”
The startup also highlights INCUBA Navitas’ location, flexible leases, and the vibrant office community, where colleagues can connect over a chat by the coffee machine.
SignUp Academy see great potential in being part of a larger environment with a strong educational community and inspiring neighbours and is looking forward to making further use of the networking opportunities. In the long term, they hope to tap into the network within the community, for example, when hiring a student assistant.
“Right now, we are simply enjoying the energy around us, but as we grow, we expect to take even more advantage of the many opportunities that come with being surrounded by other companies,” says Silas From Christensen.
