INCUBA companies strengthen internal collaboration in 2024
One of the concrete examples is the Medtech startup MedicQuant, which has been able to spar with both Cystotech and Teitur Trophics about specialised professional challenges.
‘We have enjoyed discussing our challenges with both Cystotech and Teitur Trophics. For example, Cystotech gave us concrete insights into how they established their Quality Management System (QMS) and how they have handled the regulatory dialogue with the FDA. It has been valuable to get their advice on everything from good communication with the FDA to small but important things like GDPR and sharing relevant contacts in the network.
At the same time, Teitur Trophics has given us really good sparring about setting up a laboratory - including all the low-level practicalities such as waste management, APV and the many practical issues that come with getting a laboratory up and running. This type of exchange of experience is crucial for us to be able to develop faster and more efficiently,’ says Line Debois, CEO of MedicQuant.

At Lex Futura, legal advisor in digital compliance, the open exchange of experiences has also proved valuable:
‘The close network here at INCUBA means that we can easily discuss everything from strategic to technical challenges with other companies in the ecosystem. This kind of practical sparring is worth its weight in gold,’ says Lex Futura CEO Charlotte Tranberg.

Every year, INCUBA takes great pride in creating a framework for networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration. In 2024, the science park organised 159 different events and more than 3,600 participants took part in professional presentations, workshops, networking meetings, partner events and social gatherings.
‘The many events give companies the opportunity to expand their networks and find new, value-creating partnerships. From very early startups to more established scaleups,’ says Camilla Dalsgaard Larsen, Director of Community, Communications & Acceleration at INCUBA.
With a wide range of professional and social programmes, INCUBA helps to promote innovation and collaboration across industries represented in the science park. The goal is to ensure the best possible development and growth conditions for all companies in the science park. Camilla Dalsgaard Larsen adds:
‘As part of our commitment to creating value for our community, in 2024 we have created spaces for networking, learning and growth through formats such as Founders Clubs, Gin & Tech, Aarhus Investor Summit and professional workshops, while we have also connected across industries at social events such as this year's DHL relay, Thursday bar and communal breakfast.’
