INCUBA is currently building INCUBA Next, an extension to the existing business environment at INCUBA Katrinebjerg, targeting scaleups and development teams from larger technology companies. It will provide 22,000 ultra-modern square metres for growth-oriented technology companies in the heart of the city's IT and innovation environment

Facts about INCUBA Next
- 18 floors and 22,000 sqm, including 4,000 sqm of underground parking and a side building of 4,500 sqm. In addition, exterior roof terraces totalling 1,400 sqm.
- INCUBA Next will be connected as an extension of the current INCUBA at Katrinebjerg, which today counts approx. 60 companies on 12,000 sqm, including Norlys and Concordium.
- INCUBA Next is designed as a sustainable building with DGNB gold certification
- Start of construction: April 2022
