INCUBA takes over operations and development of Partnerhuset in Universitetsbyen
Partnerhuset was created as a business hub where companies gain closer access to research, talent and innovation in collaboration with Aarhus University. With this change, responsibility for operations, customer service, leasing and development will now be gathered in one place to create an even more cohesive experience for the companies based in the building.
INCUBA has already been a key partner in the development of Partnerhuset and has, among other things, been responsible for leasing activities. Going forward, Partnerhuset will become an integrated part of INCUBA’s work to create environments where research, business and entrepreneurship come together.
Located in the heart of Universitetsbyen, Partnerhuset is close to both Aarhus University’s research environments and the startup hub Kitchen. The building is designed for companies seeking closer access to new knowledge, collaboration opportunities and talent.

“Partnerhuset is a natural fit with INCUBA’s work to bridge research and business. We see great potential in bringing companies, researchers, students and entrepreneurs even closer together in their everyday interactions and in creating a framework for new collaborations and innovation,” says Jacob Doktor Mogensen.
Partnerhuset offers flexible office spaces, makerspace facilities, laboratories, meeting facilities and shared areas with a strong focus on networking and knowledge sharing. The vision is to create a vibrant innovation environment where companies can grow close to academic expertise and future talent.
FEAS will continue as the owner of the buildings and will retain influence over the overall strategy for Partnerhuset.
