It’s important for us to have a single shared office space where we can meet and exchange ideas. We need to able to do this in close proximity to Aarhus University’s IT environment, where we work closely with many researchers. We’re happy to have our headquarters in INCUBA, both because of the growth and flexibility options we are offered, but also because it provides easy access to other companies with the competencies we need in order to grow.

At Katrinebjerg, INCUBA has 13,500 m² + storage space for rent. The offices are spread across the building’s four floors, which can be accessed by lift or stairs. By the end of 2024, INCUBA will open 18 additional floors in connection with the INCUBA Next extension.
The building is centrally located in the IT city of Katrinebjerg.
Office sizes range from 10 m² to 150 m². INCUBA Next offers spaces up to 500 m².
On each floor, all offices have access to superior meeting rooms, open lounge and work areas, floating glass cubicles and kitchenettes.
INCUBA’s reception is located on the ground floor and is the heart of INCUBA’s business services.
Here you will also find a coffee station where you can get delicious coffee and read the daily newspaper.
By the reception, you’ll find the companies’ mailroom, a locked room for parcel post and printing facilities. In addition, you’ll also find printing facilities on all other floors.
A lease at INCUBA Katrinebjerg includes access to a canteen, fitness centre, parking spaces and an outdoor ‘breathing space’ with a green terrace.
INCUBA Katrinebjerg is located in the city of IT with the Alexandra Institute and Aarhus University Department of Computer Science as neighbours.

Flexible environments
and facilities

For Trackman, setting up the branch was easy and seamless thanks to INCUBA’s flexible structure and facilities. It was a great way for us to start up the branch, where we could expand the office as the team grows. All facilities were there: power, internet, lunch, and it was an easy way for us to move into a brand-new office without any hassle. We’re super happy with it, so I would recommend it. Plus, it’s brilliant that the IT University is located just across the street.
