When we first joined INCUBA, it was crucial for us to find a place where we could experiment with mock-ups and build full-scale prototypes. We are a hybrid company with a 360-degree approach to user experiences with both digital and physical products, where continuous validation through user engagement is crucial for success. There are plenty of coworking spaces with wall-to-wall carpets, a relaxed atmosphere and great coffee, but the difference-maker was the INCUBA environment and the Navitas building’s unique combination of companies, workshops, 3D printing and makerspace, strong network and, not least, students.

Facts

In Navitas, INCUBA has 10,000 m² + storage space for rent. The offices are located on the top three of the building’s eight floors, accessible by lift or stairs.
Most offices have phenomenal views of the water, harbour and city.
Offices sizes range from 10 to 100 m².
All offices have access to sublime meeting rooms, open lounge and work areas, phone booths and kitchenettes.
On the 6th floor, INCUBA’s reception is the heart of INCUBA’s business services.
Here you will find a ‘coffee island’ where you can refuel on caffeine and read the daily newspaper.
Next to the reception is the companies’ mailroom, a locked room for parcel post and printing facilities. There are also print rooms on all other floors.
A lease in INCUBA Navitas includes access to a canteen, fitness centre, underground parking and fantastic roof terraces.
The Navitas building is constructed according to energy class 1 with a visible demonstration of the energy solutions.
Navitas houses approximately 2,000 students, 300 educators and researchers and 400-600 employees in INCUBA companies.
