The past year in INCUBA: 2024 - new milestones and strong communities in focus
This year, a total of 43 new companies moved into INCUBA, while 40 companies moved out and 55 companies relocated. During the year, a total of 141 contracts were drawn up. That's quite a lot.
2024 has also been an active year for the INCUBA community. 139 social and professional events & activities have been organised with over 3,300 participants. You have drunk 160 thousand cups of coffee from our coffee shops in INCUBA's three buildings. 1000 cups more than in 2023.
The year started with INCUBA Next being named ‘Property Project of the Year’ at the AAREN Awards. The new extension at Katrinebjerg has become a centre for IT, tech and cyber security. In November, we celebrated the opening of the 22,000 square metres with 500 guests, festive activities and music from Turboweekend.
The year also marked a new leadership chapter with a farewell to Mai Louise Agerskov and a hello to Jacob Doktor Mogensen as the new CEO.
All in all, 2024 has been a very active year and we look forward to continuing in 2025! Thank you for your positive participation in our business environments and for the great collaborations in everyday life. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
